Our written order confirmation together with any mutually signed technical annex; these prevail if discrepancies arise.

Title transfers on the earlier of (i) physical hand-over to the first carrier or (ii) payment in full, whichever occurs first. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm.

We must be notified in writing immediately if we foresee any delay; you may then request a revised schedule or cancel without penalty if the new date is unacceptable.

Notify us in writing within 14 days of discovery (and no later than 30 days after receipt). We will, at our option, replace or repair the defective material at our cost including standard freight; the warranty period for replacement items restarts from the date of replacement dispatch.

We are liable for intent and gross negligence under statutory rules. For simple negligence our liability is excluded except for loss of life, bodily injury or health damage or for breach of essential contractual obligations, in which case damages are limited to foreseeable, typical contractual loss. Statutory product-liability law remains unaffected.

Any amendment or waiver must be in writing and signed by both parties; e-mail acceptance of a revised document is sufficient.

We process your contact and order data solely for contract performance and statutory record-keeping; no data are sold or transferred outside the supply chain. You may request deletion after statutory retention periods expire.
