Ventra - Cutting edge carbon graphite products and solutions
Graphite Materials
Produced by vibratory moulding of calcined coke followed by secondary graphitisation, vibrated graphite combines large cross-section capability with economical cost. The coarser grain structure yields excellent thermal conductivity and high resistance to molten-metal erosion, making the material ideal for bulk furnace components.
Features
Large section capability – single-piece blocks up to 1,800 mm width/height
High thermal conductivity – rapid heat extraction from molten metal
Good erosion resistance – extended campaign life in aggressive melts
Low elastic modulus – accommodates thermal cycling without cracking
Industrial Applications
Foundry
Melting crucibles and launder linings for iron and copper alloys
Thermal Processing
Hearth plates and sintering trays for high-temperature kilns
Energy
Bipolar plates and flow-field elements for large fuel-cell stacks
