Flexible Graphite
Expanded natural graphite calendered into continuous sheet without resin. It combines high thermal stability (510 °C air / 3,000 °C vacuum) with excellent conformability, making it the first choice for high-temperature gaskets and heat spreaders

Pure graphite lattice – pH 0-14 resistance except strong oxidisers
Anisotropic conductivity – spreads heat in-plane, insulates through-thickness
Conformable under low bolt load – seals rough or warped flanges without creep
Available in rolls – slit widths 5 mm to 1 m, lengths 50–170 m
